Junior Account Executive, Finland (Enterprise)

About the role 🚀
As a Junior Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle end-to-end for Enterprise customers in Finland, selling Advania Sweden’s offerings within ServiceNow (including CRM in ServiceNow) and Operations Technology (OT). You will work from a defined strategy and a prioritized account list set by sales leadership—and turn that into qualified pipeline and signed deals.
This role is for someone who wants to develop in complex enterprise sales, enjoys structured work, and thrives in a position that connects customer needs with internal expertise. You will build trust with senior stakeholders in Finland, while working closely with our specialists in Sweden to shape the right value story and solution approach.
Travel and location
You will travel to Finland to meet customers when required by the deal and the customer stakeholders. At the same time, the role is based at our Stockholm office (Liljeholmen). Being close to our core teams in Sweden is essential for quickly building a deep understanding of our delivery and offering, collaborating effectively with specialists, and maintaining speed and quality throughout the sales process.
Your tasks 📝
You will take ownership of a defined set of prioritized Enterprise accounts in Finland and run structured outreach to create qualified opportunities. In customer meetings (in Finnish), you will lead discovery and guide conversations towards clear next steps—building credibility through preparation, curiosity, and precision in how you capture needs and decision criteria.
As opportunities progress, you will coordinate closely with internal specialists to shape value propositions and solution narratives within ServiceNow and OT. You will drive momentum through consistent follow-up, stakeholder mapping, and disciplined qualification, while maintaining high-quality documentation in ServiceNow CRM so that pipeline and forecasts are reliable.
In practice, this means you will:
Drive outreach and meeting creation with prioritized Enterprise accounts in Finland.
Lead Finnish-language discovery and qualification: map current situation, needs, stakeholders, decision process, timeline and risks.
Engage internal specialists at the right time and align customer dialogue, solution shaping and proposals into a coherent progression plan.
Contribute to proposal preparation, handle negotiations within agreed frameworks, and drive deals to signature.
Work in a structured, data-driven way in ServiceNow CRM: pipeline management, activities, follow-ups, forecasting and reporting.
Share insights from the Finnish market to continuously improve how we engage and win.
Scope note: The role covers only ServiceNow (including CRM in ServiceNow) and Operations Technology (OT), and only the Enterprise segment in Finland.
What you bring 🤩
You have enough B2B sales experience to know that complex deals are won through structure, persistence and stakeholder management, not improvisation. You are comfortable engaging new senior contacts, asking sharp questions, and turning early interest into a clear plan: who decides, why it matters, what the timeline looks like, and what risks could derail the deal.
You take pride in being reliable. You prepare, you follow up, and you document properly. You also handle resistance well seeing objections as information you can work with rather than something to avoid. Most importantly, you are motivated to learn our offering deeply and improve week by week through coaching and deliberate practice.
We expect you to have:
Fluent Finnish (spoken and written) – all external customer communication is in Finnish.
A few years of documented B2B sales experience, taking opportunities through multiple stages and closing deals (with support when needed).
Experience working with complex deals and multiple stakeholders (e.g., IT, business, procurement, leadership).
Strong ability to adapt communication to audience and situation and drive conversations towards clear next steps.
A structured approach to qualification and progression (needs, decision process, timeline, risks) and the discipline to follow through.
High CRM discipline: documentation quality, pipeline hygiene, follow-up and forecasting (ServiceNow CRM).
Confidence in objection handling and resilience through longer enterprise sales cycles.
Nice to have
Experience in software sales (SaaS, platform, licensing or subscription).
Exposure to ServiceNow (platform/modules) or similar platform services.
Experience at the IT/OT intersection—industry, operations, production, or high-availability environments.
Strong English skills for internal collaboration and coaching.
